Pushup Circuit Challenge
:30 s x 5 Rounds
Set a goal of how many pushups you think you can do in a normal round. For example, 25 pushups.
Perform 25 pushups for :30 s in Round 1
No rest between rounds. Attempt to complete the pushup goal each round.
If you become fatigued, you can do kneeling pushups.
Optional* Change your type of pushup each round to target different groups.
